Just as and FYI-Due to reasons beyond my control we are not doing a VM for this - partly SW Vendor and partly FUD about VM Due to our existing AD setup was going to do Win Server 2003 R2 on it and eventually migrate this as our FSMO AD DC box.
More details Windows x32 Windows x32 Windows Server 32bit driver 2. I have found drivers only for Server 2008 R2, which is what the server is currently running.
